New Beginnings has 2 programs, one summer program that lasts 3 months and an after-school program that operates during the remaining 9 months in the year, the following opportunities are provided for our children:

• Golf at a local golf course

• Visits to local colleges: Salisbury University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and Chesapeake College

• Trips to the movies and swimming

• Instruction in core subjects including math, English, and financial literacy

• Opportunities to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM)

• Development of 21st Century Skills including oral and written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, team work, and use of technology presentation software
